Connecting people with overseas opportunities

For decades, overseas employment has been part of our journey. Our focus today is not only helping people access opportunities, but also preparing them with practical skills, language basics and realistic expectations before they travel.

Our journey

Built on long-term overseas employment experience

According to company-provided history, OSHESH received RL permission on 9 December 1997. The company reports that it supplied workers to DULSCO in Dubai around 2008–2010 and has supported the overseas placement of more than 100,000 people over time, including workers from Singapore-bound recruitment. These historical figures are company-reported and can be supported with records where required.

Our next chapter

Skills first. Better prepared workers.

Years of experience have shown us that workers with practical skills and basic language knowledge may be better prepared to adapt to a new workplace and reduce avoidable difficulties. That is why we are putting greater focus on training—helping people build skills before they seek opportunities abroad or at home.

Our goal is not simply to send people overseas. We want people to gain the ability to work, grow, support their families and make informed choices. Training can also help learners explore local jobs, self-employment or small business opportunities.
